Are you new to SEO now? You’re curious how it works then You’re at the right place!

What is SEO?

(SEO)Search engine optimization is a method to boost positions in organic (non-paid) search results in search engines. The higher the website, the higher the traffic.

If you want to learn SEO, you need to be ready for a lot of creative , technical and analytical work. There are many techniques with different objectives, but the main point will remain the same – to be among the highest results in organic search.

Why SEO is important?

SEO is about running the right website for the right people.

SEO is important because it makes the search results fair.   People trust search engines and reach a top spot in search engine ranking signals to search engines that your site is a trustworthy source. The higher you rank on the results pages, the more clicks and traffic your site receives.

It’s not just about the ideal structure or technological history of the website. Your website must be packed with quality and well-optimized content targeted to the needs of your audience. And, of course, it must be nice enough to connect to other websites.

Can we recognaize search engine algorithms?

Google and other search engines have provided some information about the ranking factors they use. But they are generally quite silent about how their search engine algorithms work.

Search engines such as Google, Bing, Yahoo! and other index websites to create an order based on different ranking algorithms.

Google is using a lot of ranking factors. While we know many of them: quality content, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, or technical items like site speed, many of them are kept secret.

The search engines are used by internet users when they’re looking for something. And you’re trying to be that “something.” It doesn’t matter whether you’re selling a product, service, writing a blog, or something else, search engine optimization is a must.

Your site needs to be indexed to search engines. Otherwise, you’re almost lost.

Wise SEO strategies can boost the ranking on the Search Engine Results Page ( SERP). A higher ranking indicates higher traffic. If the traffic is engaged, there will be conversions.

On-page SEO

On-page SEO all has to do with the features of your own website. Includes the technical configuration – the quality of your code – the visual and textual content and the user-friendliness of your site.

Major key points:

Off-page SEO

off-page SEO is generating traffic to your own website efforts taken from outside (link building) to improve your rankings within search engine result pages. But what does that involve other than links?

here’s some ideas list.

  • Link building
  • Email outreach
  • Guest blogging
  • Social media efforts
  • Cooperation with influencers
  • Providing valuable content, so people would love to link to your website

Differences between On-Page and Off-Page SEO.

On-page SEO focuses on optimizing areas of your website that are under your charge, while off-page SEO focuses on growing the authority of your domain by creating content and receiving backlinks from other websites.

Basic types of (SEO)

  • White hat SEO
  • black hat SEO
  • grey hat SEO

Black hat SEO

Black hat SEO refers to a set of activities that are used to increase the rank of a website in search engines by means that violate the terms and conditions of the search engines.

Although Black hat SEO can get you to the top of the SERP in a short time, however, search engines will most likely sooner or later penalize and ban the website.

Some techniques of the Black hat SEO are cloaking, keyword stuffing, and using private link networks.

Lists of violation practices can be found in the Google Webmaster Guidelines or the Bing Webmaster Guidelines.

White Hat SEO

White hat SEO refers to a set of activities that are used to increase the rank of a website in search engines by staying within the search engines’ terms of service. The basic parts of the white hat SEO are:

  • quality and relevant content
  • overall website optimization
  • link building

White hat SEO is a long term strategy that will improve the user experience. In general, being a good person in the SEO world is considered the right direction.

Grey hat SEO

There is also a term called grey hat SEO when you can take less risk than black hat techniques. Google has not explicitly described the grey hat techniques so you can get thousands of website users while not losing all your rankings in one day.

Generally, you don’t want Google to be your enemy.
